TREMEC Open HouseTREMEC Belgium to hold Open Business Day

Transmission supplier TREMEC will provide an exclusive look into the world of high-performance sports cars at their Open Business Day. The event will be held from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday 1 October in their new 8,000 square meter plant in Zedelgem, Belgium.

Those who love fast cars and advanced technology will be able to view research labs, production halls and have a chance to win a ride in an exotic supercar.

The company was founded in Loppem fifteen years ago and moved to Zedelgem in 2016. "Unlike other automotive suppliers, the company does not target high volume sales. Our specialty is on niche, modest volume markets," says general manager Jurgen Schelfaut.

The company's products are used by some of the most exclusive automotive brands and is growing. "We are growing in all directions," continues Schelfaut. "We have a pipeline full of new projects in the development stage and our existing production is in full swing. We invite those who are looking to power up their career to join us at the Open Business Day and see the rewarding opportunities we offer."

Exclusive test runs

Visitors can also participate in a raffle for a test ride in one of Europe's premier sports cars. Every hour, two to three test rides will be provided. Test pilots will meet with visitors and show them the performance and versatility of the TREMEC systems. "With our hardware and software, we are able to create brand-specific shift profiles - ranging from imperceptible limousineInvitation-like shifts to ferocious F1 style shifts," says Schelfaut.

For an exclusive look into the world of high-performance sports cars, look to join the TREMEC Open Business Day! Everyone is welcome, but please keep in mind that you will need to spend up to one and a half hours for the visit. There is ample parking and child animation is provided for small cars.
